We will send you a welcome notification and any/all up to date data on your county’s assembly such as a volunteer to lead and Republic Members in your county contact information.
If you are volunteering to lead the county assebly set up, we can, with your permission, email an Invitation Letter with your contact information on it, so that you may continue independently. We remain available to assist and answer questions.
If they respond agreeing to be on the County Assembly, direct them to us for access to this website for information and learning.
We need only a minimum of 7 Assembly members, counting you as one. But it would be better if we have 13 members, just in case.
Hopefully, we will have a Chat Room for your county members operational soon.
When you are ready, you will need to secure a meeting room. Call the local library or community center and book a free room under any name you choose for a Saturday.
Have an Agenda. Discuss agenga items, keep records, call for a vote on whether to ??? to be inserted later???. The item being voted on will have been delivered to each member long before the meeting so they will be comfortable with it. Follow the instructions in the “AL free State County Assembly Handbook” to ensure all steps were completed property such as autographs, seals, records, etc.
After this meeting the bulk of your work is done, unless you want to remain on as County Organizer for another month or so in case a second meeting is needed. But your replacement can easily be found from the Chat Room.
